Counselling and trauma therapy
I will have some daytime availability from March 2022. Sessions continue to be offered exclusively online.
(updated on 11th January 2022)
Whatever is going on for you, counselling can help.
We all experience difficulties at some point in our lives. For some this might stem from childhood experiences while for others it might be from more recent life events. And, of course, we are all living with the effects of Covid-19 on our mental health and relationships.
I believe that counselling offers a space to explore and express what is going on in your world, at your pace, free of judgment.
Counselling is a partnership where we will work together to develop your understanding and self-awareness; to ultimately help you live a more fulfilled and peaceful life.
I will not judge or tell you what to do. Instead, I will be there to support you in your exploration of what you bring.
Counselling is online using a secure and encrypted video conferencing platform. When meeting clients in person I practise in the BS7 area of Bristol. See location and cost.
